Pick #1: Jack Endries – California Bears – More than 61.5 Yards Receiving

Jack Endries is set to have a big game tonight against Wake Forest, and here’s why he’ll go over 61.5 receiving yards. After a slow start to the season, Endries has really picked it up, averaging 6.5 catches for 88.25 yards per game over the last four weeks. Wake Forest has one of the worst passing defenses in the country, ranked 128th out of 133 teams, giving up an average of 287.8 passing yards per game.

With Cal expected to score around 31 points in this game, Endries is likely to be a big part of their offense, especially against a defense that struggles to stop the pass. With his recent form and Wake Forest’s weak pass defense, there’s a good chance Endries will easily top 61.5 yards tonight.

Pick #2: Roc Taylor – Memphis Tigers – More than 80.5 Receiving Yards

Rice has been solid against the run, allowing just 3.88 yards per carry. This means they’ll likely be focused on shutting down Memphis’ dynamic running back Mario Anderson. That will open up more opportunities for Taylor in the passing game. Over the last six games, Taylor has caught at least six passes in five of them and is averaging 82.3 yards per game during that stretch.

The senior wide receiver posted six 100-yard games last season, and with Memphis coming off a tough loss to UTSA, he’ll be looking for his 3rd 100+ yard performance of the 2024 season tonight. Expect Taylor to be a key part of their offensive game plan once again tonight (14 targets last week), and with the way he’s been playing recently, he should have plenty of chances to sail past this 80.5 receiving yard target.
