Pick #1: Ja’Marr Chase – Cincinnati Bengals – More than 82.5 Receiving Yards

This is a tough number at first glance, as Chase failed to get there in the last four games. However, he has a few things breaking his way this evening. First, he absolutely torched the Ravens in their first meeting, racking up ten receptions for 193 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Secondly, the Ravens have allowed more passing yards against than any other team in the NFL this season. Here are the opponent’s top receiving performances over the past three weeks:

Week 9 vs Denver: Courtland Sutton – 7 receptions for 122 yards
Week 8 vs Cleveland: Cedric Tillman – 7 receptions for 99 yards
Week 7 vs Tampa: Cade Otton – 8 receptions for 100 yards

Lastly, the Bengals will be without Tee Higgins again this evening, meaning Chase should be set to see the lions’ share of the targets in this passing game.

Pick #2: Lamar Jackson – Baltimore Ravens – More than 19.5 Completions

This game should remain quite competitive throughout, which bodes well for Lamar Jackson to keep putting the ball in the air for 60 minutes. Aside from last week’s blowout win over Denver, Jackson surpassed this total in three of the four prior games. He completed 26 passes for 348 yards against the Bengals in their Week 5 victory. Dating back to the beginning of last season, Jackson has completed north of 70% of his throws at home in Baltimore.

With Diontae Johnson now in the mix drawing some of the deep targets, Jackson has the luxury of two safety net-type receivers with Zay Flowers in the slot and Mark Andrews coming back to life (also throw in Isaiah Likely, as well). I expect this to be a reasonably high-scoring game, with Lamar looking to take another step toward grabbing his second MVP trophy.
