Pick #1: Allen Lazard – New York Jets – More than 2.5 Receptions

Lazard was disappointing in Week 2 against the Titans, grabbing just two balls for 11 yards. However, he’s racked up a solid 11 targets through the first two games. We all know he’s quite familiar with Aaron Rodgers, and against a New England team that has allowed 491 yards through the air in the first two weeks, we should see Rodgers look his way frequently in this one. If you go back to the 2022 Green Bay Packers season (the last time Rodgers was healthy alongside Lazard), Lazard was targeted 100 times in 15 games and hauled in at least three receptions on 12 of those 15 occasions.

Pick #2: Hunter Henry – New England Patriots – More than 32.5 Receiving Yards

Henry was a non-factor in the Week 1 victory over the Bengals, but Jerod Mayo certainly incorporated him into the game plan in Week 2 against the Seahawks. The veteran Tight End picked up eight receptions for 109 yards (on 12 targets) and showed his running abilities with 64 YAC.

In New York’s first two games, they allowed 40 yards receiving to George Kittle. Even the TE combo of Chig Okonkwo / Josh Whyle combined for five receptions and 29 yards in the Week 2 clash with the Titans. Henry looks to be the most stable weapon for Jacoby Brissett, and I expect him to cruise past 33 yards receiving.
