Jordan McCloud OVER 247.5 passing yards
McCloud came over to Texas State from James Madison in the off-season and he looks just as good as he did last year. He went over this number in the last 8 games last year and he did last week against UTSA. In week 1 he had 238 yards but the backup RJ Martinez got some run for about a quarter. This Texas State offense (under the same OC) also had over 275 passing yards in 9 of 13 games last year. In a high total game with a close spread against Arizona State, I love this play.
Sam Leavitt OVER 185.5 passing yards
Leavitt has shown that he is not the most accurate QB at times but this is a game that he will probably have to throw in. He put up over 250 yards in week 1 against Wyoming and Texas State has given up over 225 yards each game including to FCS Lamar. I think (and so does Vegas) that this game will turn into a shootout and both QBs should have very good games here.
