Jeremiah Hunter over 800.5 receiving yards

Hunter led the team in yards with 965 last year and was second on the team in targets with 8.4 per game.  There will be a new QB in town with Jack Plummer going to Louisville and Ben Finley fighting it out with Sam Jackson but either way, Hunter should be the top deep threat here.  New offensive coordinator Jake Spavital comes over after getting fired as the head coach at Texas State where he threw the ball over 60% of the time.  I think this sets up for a nice year for Hunter, despite this being a subpar team.

Dorian Singer under 949.5 receiving yards

Singer opened at 999.5 receiving yards but I think there is still value here.  I think Singer is a stud but this is a team with 9 scholarship WRs including the 2nd, 3rd and 4th WR from last year.  No WR had more than 7.6 targets a game and none had more than 875 receiving yards.  This is going to be a big rotation just like last year and I think this number is still a bit high.

Will Shipley over 950.5 rushing yards

Shipley ran for 1092 yards on 184 carries in the regular season last year and he gets a QB that will require much more attention on the passing game.  New OC Garrett Lincoln comes over from TCU where he really liked to stick with a lead back, which should help relieve the pressure of Phil Maffa sitting behind Shipley in the depth chart.  Shipley should be on track for another 1,000 yard season.

Trey Benson over 950.5 rushing yards

I think Florida State is going to be a top team this year and Benson should be the top back for them.  Benson really took off in the second half of the season, with 593 yards on 87 carries in the final 5 regular season games last year.  He has made some much-talked-about physical gains and head coach Mike Norvell has really talked him up being one of the top backs in the country.  Florida State has a really tough stretch to start the year with LSU and Clemson within their first 4 games, but the meat of this ACC schedule followed by North Alabama and Florida should be just fine for Benson to get where he needs to be.
