Nic Claxton LESS THAN 8.5 Rebounds
Since November 13, Claxton has consistently fallen short of this line in more than 71% of his games, highlighting a noticeable dip in his rebounding performance. Currently, he’s averaging less than 7.5 rebounds per game for the season, with that figure gradually decreasing as the campaign progresses. While this matchup against the Spurs might seem promising on paper, given that they rank 14th in the league for rebounds allowed to opposing centers, it still presents a challenge. Despite their relatively middle-of-the-pack ranking, this number remains too high for Claxton, whose recent form suggests he may struggle to reach the expected rebound total.
James Harden LESS THAN 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
Harden has consistently fallen short of this line in a striking 74% of his games this season, and notably, he has gone under in 11 of the 13 games played without Norm Powell. On the season, he’s averaging less than 36 combined points, rebounds, and assists, indicating a slight decline in his overall production. While he’s set to face the Suns, a team that has struggled defensively throughout the season, this line still represents a significant challenge. Despite the Suns’ defensive issues, this is a notably high number for Harden, especially given his current form and the absence of Powell.
