LaMelo Ball LESS THAN 44.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
Ball has struggled to hit this line consistently this season, going under it in 66% of his games, including 9 of his 11 outings since returning from injury in mid-December. During that stretch, he’s been averaging just under 40 P+R+A, which is well below the threshold. Even in his recent matchup with the Pelicans, he barely surpassed the line with just 41 P+R+A. While I do believe Ball will eventually find his rhythm and get back to his usual form, at the moment, this line feels a bit too high for him to clear given his current production. The numbers just don’t line up, and it’s tough to back him hitting this mark right now.
Nikola Jokic LESS THAN 10.5 Assists
Since returning from an early-season injury at the end of November, Jokic has gone under this assists line in 20 of his last 28 games, averaging just under 9.5 assists per game during that stretch. While he’s still one of the most versatile players in the league, he faces a tough matchup against the Timberwolves, who rank in the top 4 for fewest assists allowed per game. Given their defensive prowess and Jokic’s recent dip in assist production, this line feels a bit too high for him to clear in this matchup. While he’s capable of big numbers, the matchup and recent trends suggest this might be a challenging spot for Jokic to hit the mark.
