Mikal Bridges MORE THAN 5.5 Rebounds + Assists
Bridges makes his return to Brooklyn for the first time since the trade, and I’m expecting him to come out with something to prove. While he’s faced the Nets twice already this season, recording 7 and 11 combined rebounds and assists in those two matchups, this game feels more personal for him. With the emotions of returning to his former team, I expect Bridges to bring extra intensity and energy, impacting all areas of the game. Look for him to post a well-rounded performance and put up significant numbers across the board as he makes a statement in this high-stakes return.
Jonas Valanciunas MORE THAN 7.5 Rebounds
Valanciunas has long been known for his dominance on the boards, and this season has been no exception, as he’s gone over this rebounding line in 63% of games, averaging an impressive 8.22 rebounds per game. What’s even more noteworthy is his recent form—he’s hit the mark in 7 straight games, pulling down an average of 9.7 rebounds during that stretch. Now, he faces a Lakers team that ranks dead last in the league in rebounds allowed to opposing centers, surrendering over 14 per game. Given this glaring weakness and Valanciunas’ current rhythm, this is an excellent opportunity for him to continue his rebounding surge and dominate the glass once again.
