Tyler Anderson LESS THAN 17.5 Pitching Outs
Tyler Anderson has fallen short of this line in three of his four starts this season and in nine of his last ten outings overall, indicating a clear trend. He’s averaging 16.25 outs per game and logging about 91 pitches per start, all while maintaining a solid 1.02 WHIP—showing he’s been relatively efficient but not necessarily going deep into games. While there’s certainly potential for Anderson to turn in a strong performance, especially given his underlying metrics, the recent track record makes this number feel a bit too ambitious. Based on current form, I think the under holds solid value here.
Cole Ragans MORE THAN 6.5 Strikeouts (Goblin)
I’ll be targeting the Rockies frequently this season, and this matchup is another prime opportunity to do just that. Cole Ragans has been on an absolute tear, racking up at least 8 strikeouts in four consecutive starts and averaging an impressive 9.75 punchouts per game during that stretch. Meanwhile, Colorado continues to struggle mightily against left-handed pitching, carrying a strikeout rate north of 30.5% on the season. Everything lines up perfectly here—give me all the shares of this strikeout Goblin.
