Paul Goldschmidt MORE THAN 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
Goldschmidt has cleared this line in 9 of his 15 games so far this season, showing solid consistency at the plate. He draws a favorable matchup against Seth Lugo, a pitcher he’s had great success against — racking up 7 hits in just 11 at-bats, including 2 home runs. Given his strong track record and current form, this looks like a prime spot for Goldy to do some damage. I really like his chances here.
Framber Valdez MORE THAN 3.5 Strikeouts (Goblin)
Framber has been dialed in to start the season, going over this strikeout line in all three of his outings while averaging an impressive 7 punchouts per game. He’ll face a Cardinals lineup that, collectively, doesn’t have much experience against him — a potential edge for the lefty. With the number set a bit lower than usual, this feels like a great opportunity for Framber to continue his strong run. I really like this spot for him to deliver another solid performance.
