Aaron Nesmith MORE THAN 1.5 3-Pointers Made
Aaron Nesmith has hit this three-pointer line in 20 of his last 26 games and finds himself in a favorable spot against the Cavaliers. Cleveland ranks 24th in the league in three-pointers allowed to opposing small forwards, giving up plenty of opportunities from beyond the arc. Over his last 20 games, Nesmith is averaging 5.8 three-point attempts per contest, showing a clear willingness to let it fly. With the volume and the matchup both working in his favor, this sets up as a strong spot for him to hit the over.
Jalen Brunson LESS THAN 26.5 Points
Jalen Brunson has stayed under this points line in 59% of games this season, and it’s worth noting he’s only two games removed from a month-long absence due to injury. While the Pistons haven’t been elite defensively, they’ve managed to hold opposing point guards to just 25.4 points per game — a respectable mark. Considering Brunson is still working his way back into full rhythm, and the matchup isn’t as soft as it might appear, this line feels a bit too high.
