Andre Drummond LESS THAN 13 Points
Drummond’s line is inflated primarily due to Embiid being out, but the reality is he’s scored 13 points or fewer in 26 of the 28 games this season that Embiid has missed. On the year, he’s averaging just over 8.5 points per game, which further highlights his limited scoring role. While he’s coming off a modest 10-point performance against the Jazz just this past Thursday, they still present a decently tough matchup. Given that Drummond isn’t typically a primary scorer for his team, this line feels far too high for someone who isn’t consistently asked to put up big numbers offensively.
Rudy Gobert MORE THAN 7.5 Points (Goblin)
Gobert has been in excellent form this season, going over this line in 75% of his games overall, and he’s been on an impressive 8-game streak, dating back to late January. During this stretch, he’s averaging more than 15 points per game, showing his consistent scoring ability. Now, he faces the Spurs, who rank 27th in the league for points allowed to opposing centers, giving up over 20 points per game. With such a favorable matchup and his recent performances, this reduced line is a fantastic option to add to your slips.
