Kyle Freeland – Colorado Rockies – Fewer than 3.5 strikeouts

Freeland has pitched relatively well in his last two starts, but his season-high in strikeouts is only 4 this season… and he only did that once. His 11.9% strikeout rate is easily amongst the lowest totals in MLB this season, and it’s not like it’s bound for much improvement as he posted just a 13.9% k% last season. He will face a Kansas City squad tonight that owns the AL’s second-lowest strikeout rate against southpaws this season (18.1%). Jump in now before this one goes off the board.

Christian Walker – Arizona Diamondbacks – More than 1.5 Total Bases

Fading Christian Walker right now seems unnecessary. The Arizona slugger has been on an absolute heater lately, bashing a pair of home runs in back-to-back games and now owning a .329 average to go along with six doubles, ten home runs, and 21 RBIs over his last 20 games. His .285 ISO against right-handed pitching is ranked sixth in the league (trailing only Ohtani, Judge, Henderson, Devers, and Ozuna), and he’s met with a nice matchup tonight opposite the very raw Randy Vasquez.
